These terms govern your use of PowerMap Tuning (powermaptuning.com) and your purchase of the courses offered on it. By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You need an account to buy and watch courses. Your details must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your username and password private and for all activity on your account.
2. Access is for one person only
When you buy a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to watch it for your own learning. This right belongs to one person only: the account holder.
- You may not share your account or login details with anyone.
- One account may not be used by more than one person, and accounts may not be sold or transferred.
3. What is not allowed
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Recording course videos or capturing your screen while watching.
- Downloading videos or trying to extract them from the platform.
- Copying, reselling, redistributing or publishing course content or files in any form, whether free or paid.
- Sharing the training files or factors included with a course. These files are for your own learning only.
Video players may display a watermark linked to your account to protect our content.
4. Suspension of accounts
If you break any of these terms, we may suspend or close your account immediately and without notice, and remove your access to all courses linked to it. We also reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
5. Intellectual property
All course content, including videos, files, text, images and our logo, belongs to PowerMap Tuning and is protected by copyright. Buying a course gives you the right to watch it. It does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers (such as Nass) on their secure pages, and the amount may be converted to Iraqi dinars at the rate shown on the payment page. We do not store your card details.
All sales are final, and digital courses are non-refundable once purchased.
7. Disclaimer
Our content is educational. Any tuning or programming you carry out on a vehicle or ECU is at your own risk. You are responsible for following local laws and for any effect on the vehicle’s warranty or safety. We do not promise any specific results from applying what you learn.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages or losses arising from the use of this website, its content, or the application of that content.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
